The Palmer-Bartell Forest is located on Route 13 in Brookline near the Milford town line. This trail has off-road parking with a kiosk. The Bartell trail starts out very wide and it branches into more than a dozen trails throughout the forest. Trails like the Stonewall Trail, Putney Path, and Sanborn Trail can be a moderate challenge for some. Palmer-Bartell Forest is a great place to ride for those who enjoy technical trails. Many of the trails also provide access to portions of the Brookline Rail Trail.
